Rambutan

Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum) is a plant species in the genus Nephelium, originally from Southeast Asia. It is a fast-growing, tropical tree that produces medium-sized, round fruits with a hairy red or yellow skin that peels away to reveal translucent, juicy flesh. The fruit is similar in size to lychee, with a sweet, mildly acidic flavor and a single seed inside. Weighing 30–70 g, it is rich in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants.
