Brazilian Lime (Citrus latifolia) is a plant species in the genus Citrus, originally from Brazil. It is a fast-growing, evergreen tree that produces small to medium, round fruits with smooth green skin that turns slightly yellow when fully ripe. The fruit is slightly larger than common lime varieties, with a juicy, pale green flesh that has a tart, aromatic flavor.
